Session Details

Business and HR is at a moment of critical change. As the world tentatively reopens, patterns of doing things – that became quickly ingrained just over a year ago – will need reassessing and transforming for a very different landscape. Knowing what to aim for, how to lead and what talent you need alongside you will be crucial to fostering success on this new terrain.

Which is why it is a pleasure to welcome Olympian, former MP, and Chairman of London 2012 Olympics, Lord Sebastian Coe. In this session he will discuss the importance of leadership when thriving to achieve individual goals, leading change and challenging the status quo.

During the discussion, Lord Coe will reflect on:

  • What’s the importance of finding the right talent on your journey to success?

  • How can you manage change, whilst driving growth?

  • Who are the Invisible champions in your organisation?

Following on, together with HR Grapevine & ADP’s UK Service Director, this session will explore the importance of leadership both across sport and business.
